Accounting module functional properties:

- Creation of postings directly from source documents in other modules
- Support for tracking revenue and expenses at cost centres, business units, or other dimensions at the document ledger item posting level.
- Support for automatic or manual pairing of posted documents
- Use of account precoding functionality to automate posting
- Option to set up any tracked document series and their numbering
- Support for the re-creation of financial statements, including the option to make corrections or enter new documents
- WF function provides protection against unwanted interference, support for blocking a given period or auditing accounting records
- Support for automated checks of entered data within module
- Workflow support for processing individual documents

- Calculation of exchange differences based on updated exchange rates

Bank payments

- Registration and support for the generation of bank statements by period and scope according to the methodology and organization of the accounting entity, based on data from the payment gateway
- Check of the continuity of bank statements, registration of opening and closing balances, balances for the period
- Registry of bank payments as movements in bank accounts
- Offline import of bank payments (in different formats)
- Online synchronization of bank payments (via payment module and EET gateway)
- Support for the creation of payment orders according to open liabilities
- Registration of payment orders and their internal approval (authorization)

Pairing of remunerations
- Intelligent support for automated matching of bank and cash payments against receivables and liabilities

Contract register

- Registering and supporting the processing of cash documents for cash receipt and issue
- Checkout balance tracking, support for inventory execution

Payment and EET gateway
- Interface for online communication with banks (PSD2 directive)
- Support for interactive registration of the system for accessing the banking API of the given banking institution
- Support for online synchronization of bank payments for registered bank accounts
- Support for online processing of payment orders and their authorization (sms, redirect)
- Interface for online communication with EET system

Fixed assets
- A central overview of managed fixed assets. Linking many types of data – classification, accounting, tax and operational
- Option for assigning assets to an organizational unit, room, responsible worker or inventory department
- Support for defining account precoding for individual asset movements
- Allows registering further information about fixed assets (e.g. manufacturer, supplier, warranty date, production readership, assignment to project, etc.)

Inventory management
- Up-to-date information about material status in individual stockrooms
- Uniform and unambiguous data base (material catalogue, stock movements, account codings, etc.)
- Easy work with documents, including creation of the necessary output documents in both digital and in printed form.
- Support for automation of material receipt and issue by using barcodes or RFID chips
- Support for the management of the agenda of carry-on and consignment stockrooms
